#TBT and “Vogue” Verbs

It’s #TBT Thursday and we are throwing back to 1990. Watch “Vogue” by Madonna and take the verb quiz below.

Look at each line from the song and find the verb in the sentence. If there is an auxiliary verb list the main verb. Good luck!

Strike a pose.
The pain of life that you know (life that you know).
Something better than you are today.
All you need is your own imagination.
Go inside, for your finest inspiration.
Your dreams will open the door (open up the door)
Beauty's where you find it.
So get up on the dance floor.
