Don’t mess with Kanye. In an effort to defend her man, Kim Kardashian has unleashed on Taylor Swift.
In a set of Snapchats posted Sunday evening, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star gave fans a glimpse into the phone call between West and Swift.
“For all my Southside n—–s that know me best / I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex,” Kanye said when reading a portion of the lyrics to the song.
“Umm, yeah go with whatever line you think is better,” Taylor replied. “It’s obviously very tongue in cheek either way. And I really appreciate you telling me about it, that’s really nice.”
She continued, “I really appreciate it, the heads up is so nice. Even asking or seeing if I would be okay with it and I really appreciate it. I would never expect you to like tell me about a line in one of your songs.”
Back in February, Taylor’s rep said in a statement to that “Kanye did not call for approval, but to ask Taylor to release his single ‘Famous’ on her Twitter account. She declined and cautioned him about releasing a song with such a strong misogynistic message. Taylor was never made aware of the actual lyric, ‘I made that bitch famous.'”
Kim has yet to post video or audio of Taylor approving the lyrics “I made that bitch famous.” That’s the line Taylor claims she is angry about.
