Amy Schumer fans are happy! The comedienne’s first book is set for a summer release date.
The Girl with the Lower Back Tattoo, is scheduled to hit bookstores on August 16, 2016. The news was announced Tuesday by publisher Jennifer Bergstrom, who praised the actress and now author.
“Amy Schumer is not an entertainer who can actually write,” said Bergstrom. “She’s a writer. Who also happens to entertain.”
According to a statement on Schumer’s website, the book “will feature personal and observational stories from Schumer that range from the raunchy to the romantic, the heartfelt to the harrowing.”
It will also be available as an audiobook, read by Schumer herself. Can you imagine “Trainwreck” star reciting the trials and tribulations of her life. Sounds entertaining to us!
