Emily Blunt is pregnant with her and husband John Krasinski’s second child, her rep confirmed to ET. The couple tied the knot in 2010 and welcomed their daughter, Hazel, in Feb. 2014.
In August, the 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi star admitted the proud parents were excited about expanding their family — and joked about stirring up a little sibling rivalry.
“Hopefully one day we will!” Krasinski, 36, told Entertainment Tonight “One day, I don’t know when. We’ve got to give her some competition at some point.”
Blunt’s second pregnancy coincides with the shooting for her new movie The Girl on the Train, not unlike the timeline of her first pregnancy when she filmed Into the Woods — a role that made it easy to hide her growing baby bump.
“In a way, the part was the only one in Hollywood I could still have done, because it didn’t matter if I was a bit big — The Baker’s Wife eats a lot of buns!” she joked. “But by the end of the shoot, I was about seven months and hiding behind every tree in the woods.”
