It’s held in Indio, California located in the Coachella Valley in the Colorado Desert. It’s near Palm Springs.
Who? Who goes to Coachella?
Hipsters, hippies, media, musicians, young people, artists and celebrities all attend. According to Wikipedia, the festival had an aggregate attendance of 579,000 people over six days in 2014 and grossed a record-breaking $78.3 million.
When? When is it held?
It’s three days each April. The 2015 festival is two weekends this year, April 10—12 and April 17–19.
Which? Which musicians are playing this year?
There are many musicians and bands. Headliners include Drake, AC/DC and Jack White. Other popular performers for 2015 are The Weeknd, Florence and the Machine, David Guetta and Hozier.

Information is usually released in January of each year. General admission tickets for 2015 sold out in less than 20 minutes. The passes, or tickets, cost anywhere from $85-$375 dollars.
