Remember Left Shark? Well Lady Gaga is ready to bring her own party to the Super Bowl next year!
The “Perfect Illusion” singer announced she will be headlining the famous gig at the 2017 game’s halftime show via Twitter on Thursday, writing, “It’s not an illusion. The rumors are true. This year the SUPER BOWL goes GAGA! @nfl @FOXTV @pepsi #PERFECTILLUSION.”#GAGASUPERBOWL.“
On Wednesday, a source told ET that Mother Monster would be taking the stage, one year after absolutely bringing down the house with her amazing national anthem performance before Super Bowl 50.
The NFL also confirmed the news, by tweeting a video montage of gametime footage containing Gaga’s latest single, captioned, “Looks like we aren’t the only ones excited about @LadyGaga performing at the #SB51 #PepsiHalftime show…”
