It’s Friday the 13th! What Does That Mean?

It’s Friday the 13th! To many superstitious people it’s considered an unlucky day. Those who believe in the bad day often hide, don’t want to fly or make business transactions. Fear of Friday the 13th is a cultural and rooted in religion and numerology.

Nov. 13, 2015 is the third of three Friday the 13ths this year. Other dates this year included February 13 and March 13. In 2014, Friday the 13th came along once on June 13. After Friday, we’ll have to wait until May 13, 2016 for the next “unlucky” date.

Friday the 13th”  is also a series of American horror movies that focuses on the fictional character Jason Voorhees.
