This isn’t your average prom pic. Jaden Smith, the 16-year-old son of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith, attended prom with actress Amandla Stenberg (aka Rue from The Hunger Games) on Friday, and he rocked his own style wearing a dress.
The musician, who has admitted to wearing “girl clothes,” wore a midi-length white skirt under a long black tunic and a loose black blazer. He completed the look with black pants, sneakers, and fingerless white gloves.
His date, 16, opted for a relatively traditional prom look with a long gold dress, but she mixed things up with long black and silver braids.
The actress posted the prom experience on Instagram, writing, “Here’s to high school” along with a picture of the couple posing outdoors.
Earlier this month Jaden attended another prom and made news for his attire, that time in a batman suit.
