Actress Bella Thorne, who first got her big break on the popular Disney series “Shake It Up,” announced on Twitter that she is bisexual.

On Tuesday, the 18-year-old replied “Yes” in a Twitter exchange with a fan asking if she’s bisexual, sparking a passionate response from her followers who quickly expressed their support.

“Aww thank you all for the accepting tweets from everyone,” she wrote. “I love you guys.”

But fans who’ve been following Thorne on Snapchat have been speculating for weeks that she is dating Bella Pendergast, her older brother’s ex-girlfriend. The two have reportedly been best friends since Thorne was 15, but lately their social media presence has turned romantic.

After Thorne’s relationship with “Faking It” star Gregg Sulkin ended earlier in August, she and Pendergast have been sharing intimate moments on Snapchat and Instagram. Before her announcement, Thorne retweeted several Snapchats of the two kissing and cuddling.
