History has been made. While Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen haven’t joined Instagram, the social media–shy twins made a baby step by posting their first-ever public selfie. The former child stars, now 29, took over Sephora’s Instagram account on Wednesday, April 13, treating their fans to a rare shot in the process, captioned, “First public selfie ever.”
Mary-Kate and Ashley’s fashion line, Elizabeth and James, teased the takeover on Tuesday, adding that its purpose was to give fans “a look into their day as Designers and Creative Directors of #elizabethandjames #mynirvana.”
The twins stayed behind the camera for the rest of the takeover, posting photos of their upcoming Fall 2016 collection, two salads, some handbag materials and a picture of a guy captioned “Hey man.”
Since they won’t be appearing on Fuller House, we will have to catch them on these rare Instagram appearances.
