Is Justin finally a thing of the past? Selena Gomez and DJ Zedd have teamed up recently on a new single “I Want You to Know.”
The 25-year-old DJ talked about the 22-year-old singer to MTV News. Zedd and Gomez are rumored to be dating.
“What makes Selena different from a lot of other artists is that she takes directions,” he related. “As a producer, I like to be there when the vocals get recorded and I need the singer to listen to what I say and bring the emotion that I want. And she was really, really great with that.”
He adds, “I think what I learned is she’s extremely talented with dealing with being in the press all the time and not being bothered by that. I find it extremely inspiring that you can shut off and kind of do your thing and not be bothered by other people.”
“I Want You To Know” debuted last week on the Billboard Hot 100 at No. 17.
